Learning Support Assistant (Core Subjects - Maths, English & Science)Location: Lambeth, South LondonContract: Full-Time, 5 Days per WeekStart Date: Immediate / As Soon As Available
Are you a dedicated and knowledgeable Learning Support Assistant with a passion for supporting students in core subjects? We are working with a welcoming and well-regarded secondary school in Lambeth seeking a full-time LSA to provide targeted support across Maths, English, and Science.

The Role:
- Provide in-class and small group support across Maths, English, and Science
- Work closely with teaching staff to support student understanding and engagement
- Assist students of varying abilities, including those requiring additional academic support
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to lesson preparation and classroom management where required
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and/or Science
- A degree (preferred but not essential with strong experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and supportive approach to working with young people
