Rate of Pay: £38,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am – 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:The Chef Manager will plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food ensuring that the company’s reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all timesAdopt a hands on approach taking responsibility for the food production covering all employee dining along with an extensive range of pop ups.Possess an exceptional drive for quality and innovationResponsible for all aspects of food safety, Health & Safety and COSHHThe Chef Manager will be required to implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and to monitor all costs involved in the kitchen against agreed budgetsThis site offers breakfast, lunch, deli and hospitalityWorking in a small team of 4 to cater to 100 covers per day plus deli and hospitality
