We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team for an exciting new restaurant project. As Chef de Partie, you will work closely alongside the Head Chef and senior kitchen team to help deliver consistently high standards, supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen and ensuring excellent execution across your section. This is a hands-on role suited to a proactive and passionate chef who is committed to excellence, creativity, and working with exceptional seasonal produce.

The PersonThe successful Chef de Partie will have:Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up in a high-quality kitchen (Rosette or Michelin experience preferred)A genuine passion for farm-to-fork cooking and sustainabilityStrong knowledge of seasonal British produceInterest in foraging, game, and whole-animal butchery (training can be provided)Strong organisation and ability to run a section confidentlyA positive attitude and ambition to develop within a forward-thinking businessIf you are an experienced Chef de Partie looking for a new opportunity, apply today to find out more! xwzovoh
