We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Bar Manager to join a luxury hotel in Windsor, ahead of an exciting new restaurant and bar launch. The Person
The successful Bar Manager will have the following:
Experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Manager within a premium or luxury environment
Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and wider beverage trends
A passion for delivering exceptional, polished guest experiences
Proven experience leading and developing a team
A calm and confident approach in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and high personal standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Personal Licence holder preferred
