Our kitchen brigade is at the heart of our success, pushing boundaries while maintaining excellence across every section.The Role As Sushi Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Sushi Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team to support the smooth running of the sushi section.
