We are seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the leadership team of an award-winning Michelin-star restaurant in Central London. The Role
As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front-of-house team. You will play a key role in ensuring flawless service, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, and inspiring the team to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily restaurant operations and service flow
Lead, motivate, and develop the front-of-house team
Ensure exceptional guest service and handle guest feedback professionally
Support recruitment, training, and performance management
Maintain Michelin-level service standards and attention to detail
Monitor reservations, staffing levels, and service efficiency
Work closely with the kitchen and senior management team
Support stock control, ordering, and cost management
About You
Previous experience as Assistant Manager or Supervisor in a high-end or Michelin-star restaurant
Strong leadership and team development skills
Passion for fine dining, wine, and luxury hospitality
Exceptional communication and organisational skills
Calm under xwzovoh pressure with a hands-on approach to service
Impeccable personal presentation and professionalism
