This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue performance, optimising pricing strategies, and maximising overall profitability across our property/properties.You will play a pivotal role in shaping commercial strategy, working closely with senior leadership, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver sustained revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximise RevPAR, TRevPAR, and ADR performanceAnalyse market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to inform pricing and inventory decisionsLead forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning processesCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive occupancy and total revenue across all segmentsOptimise distribution channels, including OTAs, direct booking platforms, and corporate partnershipsProduce regular performance reports and present insights to senior stakeholdersIdentify new revenue opportunities across rooms, F&B, events, and ancillary servicesEnsure best practices in revenue management systems and toolsKey RequirementsProven experience in a Revenue or Commercial Manager role within the hospitality sectorStrong background in hotel revenue management is highly preferredDemonstrable expertise in RevPAR, TRevPAR, ADR , and overall commercial performance metricsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategiesExperience with revenue management systems and distribution platformsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsCommercially xwzovoh astute with a proactive and results-driven mindsetDesirableMulti-property or group hotel experienceExperience working in independent or branded hotel environmentsKnowledge of the East Sussex or wider UK hospitality marketWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of up to 60k and performance-based bonusOpportunity to shape commercial strategy within a growing hotel businessSupportive and collaborative working environmentCareer development and progression opportunitiesIf you are passionate about driving revenue performance and have a strong hotel background, we would love to hear from you….
