We are recruiting a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a well-established hotel in Cumbria, offering a varied and hands-on role across restaurant, bar, and events operations.

This busy and popular property offers a mix of restaurant dining, bar service, and a strong weddings and events trade.
With functions catering for up to 100 seated guests and larger buffet-style events of up to 150, the hotel provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
The business has an established team in place and is now looking to strengthen its front-of-house leadership with a confident supervisor who can support service across all areas and help maintain high standards.

As Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will support the day-to-day running of the front-of-house operation, working closely with management while leading shifts and ensuring service runs smoothly.
This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved in service while helping guide and support the team.You will oversee a team of approximately 1012 staff, ensuring consistency, organisation, and a positive working environment throughout.
Duties:
Supervise restaurant, bar, and events service
Lead shifts and support the front-of-house team
Ensure smooth service during busy periods and functions
Assist with weddings, events, and private functions
Maintain high standards of service and presentation
Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
Support training and development of team members
