Assistant Catering Manager

We need an experienced assistant catering/café manager to take responsibility for the delivery of the daily F&B operations including basic food prep and stock orders . You will have a keen eye for detail, be interested in driving sales and have the skills to train and motivate young teams.

Main purposes of the role
Deliver a high quality, consistent and relevant food and drink offer to complement the Museum offer.
Work alongside the Hospitality & Events Manager to oversee operational performance; supporting initiatives to drive sales and implement new ideas.
Line manage the visitor services assistants; setting the rota, holding 1-2-1s and training. xwzovoh
Oversee stock control and product orders.
