Your role: Oversee the day-to-day bar operations across two outlets

Collaborate with the senior management team

Manage stock control and ordering processes

Support team training and development

Contribute to delivering a high-quality guest experience

What we're looking for: Interest in food and beverage

Experience preparing cocktails

Experience working in a quality-focused hospitality environment

Ability to organise, prioritise, and work collaboratively
