International Projects Support Coordinator

Join a UK-based organisation that operates in a regulated, technical environment, supporting customers across international markets. We are seeking an International Projects Support Coordinator to provide operational and coordination support to international customers and internal teams. This role is crucial for managing information flow, supporting commercial activities, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from enquiry through to completion.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Act as a key point of contact for international customers and partners during the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain professional working relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate quotations, proposals, and tenders in line with customer requirements and internal processes.
  • Liaise with internal commercial, technical, and operational teams to gather information and support submissions.
  • Support the definition and clarification of project scope, requirements, and expectations.
  • Maintain project trackers and logs, providing regular updates on progress, actions, and risks.
  • Support projects from order placement through to completion, including commercial queries, documentation, and coordination activities.
  • Identify potential issues and escalate appropriately to support timely resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to ensure aligned delivery.
  • Develop a working understanding of internal systems, processes, and solutions.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support to the Business Unit Manager and wider international team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Educated to A-level standard or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a coordination, operations support, project support, or customer support role within a B2B environment.
  • Experience supporting international customers or working across multiple regions.
  • Exposure to quotations, proposals, or other commercial documentation.
  • Experience coordinating activities between customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and dependable approach.
  • Comfortable working to deadlines in a structured, process-driven environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable when supporting international stakeholders.
  • Professional and culturally aware.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
