The Role:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Confidently adapt to different school environments and routines
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere where pupils can thrive
- Follow pre-set lesson plans or bring your own creative flair when needed
- Maintain strong classroom management and uphold school policies
- Work collaboratively with staff to ensure continuity of learning
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Recent experience teaching in UK primary schools
- Solid knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Strong behaviour management and communication skills
- A flexible, can-do attitude and the ability to hit the ground running
- Confidence building rapport quickly with pupils and staff alike
