What You’ll Do
- Deliver engaging Functional Skills English & Maths (Entry Level–Level 2)
- Adapt lessons to meet individual needs within small classes or 1:1
- Track progress and celebrate every milestone
- Work closely with a skilled, supportive SEN and pastoral team
- Create a calm, positive learning space where students can succeed
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is:
- A qualified teacher (QTS/QTLS) or experienced Functional Skills tutor
- Confident with differentiation and supporting SEN/SEMH learners
- Patient, creative, xwzovoh and resilient
- Passionate about helping young people overcome barriers and grow
