2 Lecturer- Business Management & Hospitality (Level 3 Foundation)

Location: Aldgate & Tower Hill, LondonContract: Permanent | Full-time preferred (0.8 considered)Salary: Up to £43,000 per annum (pro-rata)

About the Role

We are recruiting a Business Management & Hospitality Lecturer to support LCCA's expanding Level 3 Foundation provision. This role suits a practitioner-educator who enjoys blending academic theory with real-world industry insight.You will teach across business and hospitality-focused modules, supporting students from a wide range of educational backgrounds as they prepare for higher-level study.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach Business and Hospitality modules at Level 3 Foundation
• Deliver engaging, activity-led and blended learning sessions
• Support students academically and pastorally
• Contribute to curriculum design and cross-disciplinary teaching
• Maintain strong links with relevant industries

About You

• Master's degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field
• Experience teaching in the UK (HE or FE)
• Industry experience within business and/or hospitality
• A modern, interactive teaching approach
• Strong communication and student engagement skills
