Senior Residential Practitioner | Castle Douglas

Salary: Up to £29,464 + £8k sleep-in potential | Total OTE: £37k+

The Role:

• Lead Care Delivery: Coordinate 24-hour therapeutic care in a structured, warm home environment.

• Collaborate: Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest National Care Standards.

What You'll Need:

• The Character: Empathy, patience, and a focus on positive outcomes.
• The Skills: Experience in residential childcare or transferable skills from healthcare/education.
• The Logistics: Flexibility for weekends and sleep-ins is essential.
• The Credentials: Must be eligible for an enhanced PVG. SVQ Level 3 is preferred, but we will put you through the qualification.
