Electro-Mechanical Fitter – Team Leader
Rugby
£40,000 – £45,000
Mon–Thurs 7:30–16:00 - Fri 7:30–13:30
We’re supporting a well-established engineering business in Rugby who are looking to appoint an experienced Electro-Mechanical Fitter ready to step into a Team Leader role.
This is a hands-on position working on rotating machinery, offering a genuine opportunity to take the next step in your career.
The Role
- Strip, inspect and rebuild AC/DC motors and rotating machinery
- Work from mechanical and electrical drawings
- Carry out testing and fault finding
- Complete job reports and inspection documentation
- Ensure high standards and first-time fix
- Support and guide a small team within the workshop
- Drive H&S, quality and housekeeping standards
- Help manage workloads and project deadlines
What They’re Looking For
- NVQ / C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
- Strong electro-mechanical experience
- Background xwzovoh with motors, gearboxes or rotating equipment
- Someone ready to step into a leadership role
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
