Female Support Worker - Wigton/Longtown

We are actively seeking dedicated Female Support Workers to join our team in the Wigton and Longtown areas. What Your Role Entails:

• Provide essential nursing and personal care to adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments.
• Cultivate a positive, supportive, and empowering environment where individuals can flourish.
• Collaborate effectively with a professional team to uphold the highest standards of care.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in UK residential home services.
• Residency within or close proximity to the Wigton and Longtown areas.
• Possession of an enhanced Child & Adult DBS certificate on the update service, alongside mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates.
• Ability to provide strong professional references from the past three years.
• You have the unrestricted right to work in the UK (sadly, we dont sponsor visas right now).
• Commitment to working a minimum of 36.5 hours per week, typically across three shifts.
• A proactive and dedicated approach to supporting others.
