They’re looking for a SEND Learning Support Assistant who brings warmth, resilience, and a real passion for supporting children with additional needs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, SEMH, PMLD and SLD.
• Working closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored, engaging learning activities
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and understood
• Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development throughout the school day
• Supporting with personal care where required, always with dignity and respect
• Helping to create a calm, structured, and positive learning environment

• Experience working with children or young people with SEND, in schools or care settings
• A patient, empathetic approach and a genuine desire to make a difference
• Someone who stays calm under pressure and adapts to the needs of each child
