To help us deliver our vision, were seeking an exceptional Commis Chef to join our Clubhouse team.
About you - Commis Chef
As Commis Chef you are the starting point in the professional kitchen supporting all our chefs whilst learning the responsibilities of your assigned section and assisting with food preparation and maintaining the organisation of the kitchen.
Your enthusiastic and motivated with a natural ability to adapt in the moment to be resourceful, a key beating heart of the kitchen.
What were looking for
Someone to prepare all food using specification sheets to a high standard of presentation and quality,
A passionate individual to exceed customer expectations, responding to special requests positively and understanding specific dietary requirements.
An individual able to rake receipt of deliveries in the absence of a senior chef and adhere to stock rotation procedures. And check all fridges to ensure they are stocked with the necessary ingredients in preparation for service and highlight any stock shortages to a senior chef.
