You willDeliver group and private Pilates sessions to the highest Nobu standards, creating a refined and personalised experience for every guestTeach Classical Pilates across the mat and full apparatus including Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Tower and BarrelDesign and adapt sessions to suit individual needs, abilities and fitness goalsBring Nobu Pilates principles – Power, Precision and Pure – into every class and interactionMaintain accurate guest records, feedback and progress notes in line with professional standardsSupport the end-to-end guest journey, ensuring every visit reflects true OmotenashiWork closely with the Pilates Director and Assistant Manager to support diary management and studio operationsHelp nurture, grow and retain the Pilates client base through consistency, care and expertiseMaintain exceptional standards of safety, cleanliness and professionalism within the studioAttend wellness, departmental and hotel-wide meetings and training sessionsBuild strong relationships across Fitness & Wellness, Rooms and hotel teamsAct as an ambassador for Nobu values – Family, Crafted, Smile and KokoroDemonstrate a positive, proactive and flexible approach to supporting guests and colleaguesSuggest improvements that enhance efficiency, service quality and guest experienceEXPERIENCEMinimum of 1 years Pilates Instructor experience in a luxury lifestyle environmentA full comprehensive Pilates qualification with a minimum of 400hrs is preferred (on Mat, Cadillac, Reformer, Wunda Chair, Barrels).
