A very exciting opportunity to work as the Head Chef in a well-established and acclaimed bar and restaurant serving contemporary European cuisine using local produce in Braunton in a family run business with extensive experience in the Hospitality industry.

Menu Innovation: Design and execute high-quality menus, including seasonal changes and daily specials.Service:Leadership: Manage and motivate a brigade of chefs, handling rotas, training, and development.Financial: Manage stock, ordering, working closely with the ownership to achieve profit targets and minimise waste.Compliance: Maintain the highest standards of food safety, health, and hygiene (HACCP).The Ideal Candidate Experience: Proven experience as a Head Chef or an ambitious Senior Sous Chef ready to step up.Skills: Strong communication, time management, and the ability to thrive under pressure.Passion: A genuine love for fresh, local ingredients and culinary excellence.Qualifications: NVQ Level 2/3 and a valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 3 preferred).Why Join Us?
