WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU A passion for culinary excellence and a drive to create memorable dining experiences.Proven experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in a Chef de Partie role or similar.Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle high-paced service with ease.Creativity and a keen eye for detail when it comes to plating and presentation.Team spirit, supporting the brigade to keep standards high and service smooth.Dedication to cleanliness, food safety, and upholding health regulations.
