Quartz Recruitment is recruiting for a busy, well-loved restaurant in Barnstaple. We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager who enjoys leading from the front in a fast-paced but well-run environment. This is not a turnaround role. The team is well established, systems are in place, and the owners are supportive.

Must-haves Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment Strong front of house presence Confidence leading, training and developing teams Hands-on, practical approach during service Good understanding of food hygiene and compliance High-volume or fast-paced experience is a plus (not essential)
The role This is a working Restaurant Manager position. You will be visible on the floor, hands-on during service, and leading by example while supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You will work closely with the owners to maintain high standards across service, people and operations. xwzovoh
