Lead, manage and inspire a team of 30 FT/PT team membersOversee the day-to-day operation of the lounge, restaurant, and barDrive consistently high service standards and guest satisfactionManage rotas, staffing levels, and team developmentEnsure smooth service delivery across all outletsSupport stock control, cost management, and departmental performanceWork a 40-hour week within a supportive management structure

Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager, or F&B management roleStrong team leadership xwzovoh experience within hospitalityPassionate about service and guest experienceConfident managing larger teams across multiple outletsOrganised, hands-on, and detail-focused
