Junior Sous Chef The Raglan (Walthamstow) Were looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join the kitchen at The Raglan a busy, food-led pub in Walthamstow with a focus on bold, seasonal cooking and proper hospitality.

The role As Junior Sous, youll work closely with the Head Chef to run service, support the team, and help push the food forward.
Youll be:
Leading sections during service
Supporting and training junior chefs
Maintaining high standards across prep and service
Getting involved in menu development and specials
Helping manage stock, GP, and kitchen organisation
What were looking for Strong CDP ready to step up, or current Junior Sous
Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen
Calm under pressure and organised during busy services
Someone who takes pride in their work
A team player no egos, no drama
