Isolation Room Support Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated Isolation Room Support Assistant to manage our isolation room effectively. This role is crucial in maintaining a silent and productive environment for students, using IT tools to monitor their work according to our school policies and procedures. The position is initially available until the end of next week, with the possibility of extension.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Monitor and manage student work using IT systems to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Maintain a silent working environment in the isolation room.
- Manage student behaviour and ensure adherence to the school's policies and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to students to help them stay focused on their tasks.
- Report on student progress and any issues to relevant staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in using IT systems to monitor tasks and student progress.
- Experience in managing behaviour and maintaining discipline in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of and ability to enforce school policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
