Key Responsibilities:
Leading, motivating, and developing the kitchen team
Designing seasonal menus with a focus on quality and consistency
Managing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen compliance
Driving GP and managing kitchen costs effectively
Ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations
The Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Passion for fresh, locally sourced produce
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
