About the Role
As Chef de Partie, you will run your own section and support the senior team in delivering consistently exceptional dishes. Youll be part of a collaborative brigade that values creativity, precision, and professional growth.
What Youll Be Doing
Managing and running a designated section of the kitchen
Preparing and presenting dishes to a high standard
Supporting junior chefs and maintaining team spirit
Ensuring food hygiene and safety standards are met
Contributing ideas for seasonal menu development
What Were Looking For
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi CDP ready to step up
Passion for modern French cuisine and seasonal produce
Strong organisation xwzovoh and time management skills
