The Role:
Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operationsLeading and motivating a brigade within a fresh food kitchenWorking closely with high-quality, seasonal ingredientsSupporting menu development and daily specialsMaintaining high standards of food quality and presentationEnsuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
About You:
Currently a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step upPassionate about fresh food and seasonal cookingExperience within quality-led kitchens (gastro pub, hotel, etc.)Strong leader with a hands-on approachOrganised and calm under pressure
