A unique opportunity for a highly skilled Senior Sous Chef to join an exciting, design-led restaurant concept, with plans for an international opening later this year.
The role will begin in London, working closely with the founders and senior team to shape the menu, define standards, and build the kitchen structure ahead of launch. This is a rare chance to be part of a project from its early stages, with full involvement in both the creative and operational direction of the restaurant.

Open and motivated to relocate as part of the role
