As Restaurant Manager you will:
Oversee the day-to-day running of the restaurant
Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team
Ensure exceptional service standards are delivered consistently
Manage reservations, service flow and guest experience
Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver seamless service
Monitor stock, ordering and operational organisation
Handle guest feedback professionally and effectively
