Restaurant Team Leader

We are looking for a confident and motivated Restaurant Team Leader to support the day-to-day running of our restaurant operation. You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, leading the front-of-house team, and ensuring smooth, efficient service at all times.

In this role, you will supervise shifts, support and coach team members, and lead by example on the floor. You will assist with rota management, maintain high standards of presentation and cleanliness, and ensure all health and safety procedures are followed. Youll also work closely with the kitchen and management team to deliver a consistent and high-quality guest experience.
