Senior Business Analyst
- Contract Duration: Until 26 March 2027
- Location: Farringdon, London (Hybrid - 3 days a week)
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile project, the Stamp Discount Scheme, aimed at supporting vulnerable customers while unlocking significant long-term commercial benefits. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between business and technology across multiple channels and systems.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead business analysis activities across complex, interdependent workstreams involving approximately 10 integrated solutions.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business, user, and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Translate policy, operational, and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for delivery teams and suppliers.
- Work closely with delivery partners, including Salesforce and Accenture, to shape solutions and clarify scope.
- Support integration design across platforms, ensuring data, process, and customer journeys are clearly defined.
- Contribute to the design and delivery of Salesforce-based capabilities and support requirements definition for AI-enabled and OCR-based digitisation of postal applications and documents.
- Engage a broad stakeholder group across multiple departments and facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders.
- Support key governance milestones and maintain clear traceability between business objectives, requirements, and delivered solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex, enterprise-scale programmes.
- Strong experience in multi-supplier and multi-system environments.
- Demonstrable experience of requirements definition across integrations and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.
- Desirable: Hands-on experience delivering Salesforce-centric solutions, experience with AI-enabled automation and OCR-based document processing, and experience working alongside global system integrators such as Accenture.
