Cover Supervisor – Wembley

Apex Educ8 is seeking reliable and confident Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Wembley and the surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced support staff, or anyone with strong classroom management skills looking to gain further experience within education.

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain on task and engaged with the work set.

The Role:

• Supervising classes across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Delivering pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Ensuring students remain focused and engaged throughout lessons
• Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of each lesson

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working with young people
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Confidence leading a classroom independently
• A proactive and adaptable approach
• A genuine interest in education
