Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Chef de Partie-ready Chef

Background in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens

Strong knowledge of classical cooking techniques with openness to modern/experimental approaches

Passion for South American cuisine and modern European influences

Ability to deliver high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail

Experience working with fresh, seasonal, premium ingredients

Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, xwzovoh and kitchen standards (HACCP)

Ability to manage a section independently and support junior team members

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Calm and efficient under pressure

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

Passionate, driven, and eager to grow within a creative kitchen environment
