Join us as a Distribution Support Executive , where you’ll be the go to expert keeping our hotel systems connected, optimised, and performing at their best.
You’ll provide first-line support for connectivity issues across EMMA CRS and our Channel Manager, tackling everything from rate parity challenges and overbookings to failed messages and system outages. Your work directly impacts hotel visibility, bookings, and revenue across all distribution channels.This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for someone who loves troubleshooting, digging into root causes, and making things work better.
