Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Bakery Manager to lead the launch of a new crumble bakery site near Bond Street.This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the bakery, including overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining compliance and hygiene standards, managing stock and waste, and driving sales and labour performance. The successful candidate will also play a key role in opening the site, establishing strong operational foundations, and supporting continuous improvement.

The site will also support production for additional locations and e-commerce fulfilment.
