As a Commis Chef, you will play a crucial role in our kitchen, working across various sections to develop a broad range of culinary skills.
Responsibilities:
Assisting senior chefs in preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard.
Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented in accordance with our stringent quality and presentation guidelines.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment.
Contributing creatively to menu development and daily specials.
Upholding all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe kitchen environment.
What you Need:
Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume, high-quality establishment.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality dishes.
A genuine passion for food and the culinary arts.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
The ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting, demonstrating reliability and a positive attitude.
