Purpose of the Job:
To provide safe, person-centred support to residents across several Leicester residential services, helping them with daily living, promoting independence, and ensuring their wellbeing.

- Aylestone Lane, Wigston, LE18 1AR
- Deveron Way, Hinckley, LE10 0XD
- 1 Carlton Drive, Wigston, LE18 1DE
- Pay: £12.65 per hour (day shifts)
- Wake Nights: £15.81 per hour
- Contract: Ad hoc / flexible shift work
- Driving Licence: Not required — but you must be able to travel to the services
Day-to-Day Tasks:
- Supporting residents with daily living tasks and personal care
- Promoting independence, choice, and a positive living environment
- Working as part of the staff team within each service
- Following support plans and recording relevant information
- Ensuring safety and wellbeing throughout every shift
- Adapting to different routines across multiple xwzovoh residential homes
Requirements:
- In-date physical Moving & Handling certificate (essential)
- Experience in care or support roles (desirable)
- Ability to travel independently to the listed locations
- Reliability, professionalism, and good communication skills
- Flexibility to cover various shifts, including wake nights
