Domiciliary Care Worker

• Location: Reigate & Redhill (East Sussex)
• Job Type: Full-time/Part-time 
• Salary: £14.24 per hour

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide compassionate care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist clients with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and medication management.
• Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity to the needs of clients, especially the sick or infirm.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and independently when required.
• Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Compassion and a strong willingness to learn.
• Right to Work in the UK (No Sponsorships can be offered)
• Organised and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity towards the needs of others.
• Good team player with the capability to work independently.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Fluency in English.
• Access to your own car
• Full UK Driving License
