As Commis Chef, you will work across all sections of the kitchen, learning from experienced chefs while developing your own skills, organisation, and confidence within a fast-paced service environment.
Duties:
Assist with preparation across all kitchen sections
Support senior chefs during service
Learn refined cooking techniques and kitchen organisation
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Uphold consistency and quality across all dishes
