Restaurant Manager - Highlands Relocation -Boutique Hotel - OTE 45,000

I currently have a position available in the Scottish Highlands for a suitable candidate open to relocating to a beautiful part of the Scottish highlands.

this role encompasses being a Restaurant Manager
- leading mainly Dinner service and 1 lunchtime.

This small boutique luxury 5 star property is looking to push its service levels and we are looking for a Manager who can deliver strong FOH attention to detail to help develop the service levels.

This role is mainly focused on Dinner service with a strong focus on the Evening operation with lunchtime generally only a consideration for Sunday lunches..

You will require previous experience in luxury 5 Star property in a Snr position and come with strong communication and organisational skills.

This role comes with an excellent holiday package and is commutable from a large accommodation catchment area.
Very good holidays around 7 Weeks paid a year.

Basic salary is up to 43k + Gratuities. xwzovoh
