Were looking for a skilled and service-driven Chef de Partie to join a premium corporate hospitality kitchen, just a short walk from Moorgate Station. This role focuses on delivering high-quality hospitality food, including buffets, plated service, and sandwich lunches, within a professional corporate environment.
The Role:
As Chef de Partie, youll be responsible for producing a range of hospitality offerings, from working lunches and canapé events to formal plated service. Youll take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish is presented to the highest standard and delivered seamlessly for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver high-quality hospitality food including buffets, plated meals, and sandwich lunches
Maintain exceptional presentation standards for client-facing service
Run your section efficiently during both prep and service
Support the wider kitchen team with events and hospitality functions
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
What Were Looking For:
Experience as a Chef de Partie within hospitality, events, or corporate catering
Strong background in buffet and plated service
Excellent attention to detail and presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
