The restaurant is very much the 'hub of the estate', and can serve in excess of 500 covers per day during peak periods. It also hosts lots of events including a monthly supper club with tasting menus.
Our client is therefore looking to recruit a well-groomed and spoken, 'face of the business' Restaurant Manager who will take full ownership of the day to day running of the restaurant, including staff training and development and all financial aspects. This is very much a 'hands-on' Restaurant Manager role, managing a core team of full time staff plus regular casual usage.
Potential candidates for the role of Restaurant Manager must be able to demonstrate a stable and progressive background, to their current role of Restaurant Manager, gained in contemporary restaurants to a minimum of One AA Rosette standard. xwzovoh
