Were looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant General Manager to join the team and help support the day-to-day running of the business. This is the perfect role for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take the next step in their management career.

What youll be doing:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of the pub

Leading by example on the floor and maintaining excellent service standards

T rain, motivate and develop the team

Assisting with rota scheduling and staff management

Managing bookings and helping coordinate events

Creating content and supporting the management of our social media and website

Working closely with management to drive sales, atmosphere and community engagement

Ensuring the pub remains a safe, welcoming, well-run environment for both staff and customers

Were looking for someone who:
Is passionate about brilliant, down-to-earth customer service

Has previous hospitality supervisory or management experience

Is confident leading a team in a busy pub environment

Has xwzovoh strong organisational and communication skills

Brings energy, initiative and a positive attitude

Has an interest in social media, events or community engagement

Loves pubs, people and creating memorable experiences
