We are currently recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join a busy, food-led pub environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside the owner in a hands-on role within a welcoming and high-quality setting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the front of house, delivering excellent service and helping to create a warm, engaging atmosphere for guests.

The Person
The successful Restaurant Supervisor will have:
2-3 years' experience within hospitality, ideally in a busy pub or restaurant
A confident and personable approach with guests
Strong multitasking ability within a small team environment
A proactive, hands-on attitude
Natural leadership qualities with the ability to step up when needed
An interest in food, provenance, and quality produce
