As Assistant Restaurant Manager you will:
Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the brasserie
Lead service from the floor, ensuring consistency and attention to detail
Supervise, train and motivate the front-of-house team
Maintain high standards of presentation and guest care
Assist with rotas, stock control and operational organisation
Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house
