Children's Support Worker (Permanent) - Newbiggin-by-the-Sea

Are you a dedicated individual residing in or around Newbiggin-by-the-Sea with a passion for supporting children? We are actively seeking compassionate and experienced Children's Support Workers to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a critical role where your commitment can make a significant difference in the lives of young individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care and support to children within a residential setting.
• Implement individual care plans and contribute to the well-being of each child.
• Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure holistic support.
• Document observations and progress accurately and professionally.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience working with children in a UK care home setting is mandatory.
• Must be a UK Citizen or hold Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR). Please note, we are unable to offer sponsorship or visa switches for this position.
• Must possess an Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service and valid Training Certificates.
• A full UK Driving License is essential for this role.
• Candidates must be local residents living within commuting distance of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea. Relocation assistance is not provided.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred as we are looking to fill these limited spots quickly.
