Job Description:
- Lead, develop and hold accountable a team of field engineers and subcontractors
- Build a strong performance culture — dealing with underperformance and raising standards
- Define and implement structure, processes, and governance across the function
- Take ownership of resource planning, subcontractor strategy, and team growth
- Embed a robust H&S and compliance culture that stands up to scrutiny
- Act as the go-to leader for field operations across the business
Beneficial Skills / Experience:
- Have a track record of managing and developing engineers in the field
- Be confident handling performance issues, recruitment, and team structure decisions
- Bring strong leadership presence – decisive, direct, and accountable
- Understand xwzovoh the commercial reality of running a field function
- Care deeply about quality, standards, and doing the job properly
- Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, no-nonsense environment
Additional Details:
- Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours)
- Salary: Competitive

- Full UK driving licence
- Eligible for security clearance (NPPV3/SC)
