Nursery Assistants (Level 3) & Primary Teaching Assistants – Maidstone

Location: Tiger Cubs Day Nursery & Tiger Primary School, MaidstoneTrust: Future Schools TrustRole: Nursery Assistants & Teaching AssistantsPay: From £92 per day (dependent on role and experience)Contract: Full-time / Part-timeStart Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting on behalf of Future Schools Trust for dedicated and caring Nursery Assistants and Primary Teaching Assistants to join Tiger Cubs Day Nursery or Tiger Primary School in Maidstone. These roles are ideal for individuals passionate about supporting children’s development and education in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities – Nursery Assistants:

• Support children’s learning and development in line with the EYFS
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating nursery environment
• Support children with personal care routines

Key Responsibilities – Teaching Assistants (Primary):

• Support pupils’ learning in the classroom across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
• Provide 1:1 or small group support where required
• Assist the class teacher with delivering engaging lessons

Requirements:

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education – essential for Nursery roles
• Previous experience working as a Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or within a school setting
• Good knowledge of xwzovoh the EYFS framework (for Nursery roles)
• Patient, proactive, and supportive approach
